We do not guarantee specific outcomes, credit score increases, or account deletions.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Maintain active credit monitoring during your service period (e.g., through MyFreeScoreNow or IDIQ)
Not dispute accounts you know to be accurate or truthful
Not dispute MyFreeScoreNow or IDIQ as they are tools used to support your credit journey
Cooperate with all reasonable requests to facilitate the dispute process

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes
Share or resell our proprietary materials, templates, or processes without permission
Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or partners

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if these terms are violated.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with your selected plan. You understand that:

Fees are non-refundable once services begin
Late or missed payments may result in delayed or suspended service
You may cancel at any time, but past payments will not be refunded

If using a subscription model, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation is confirmed.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Credit repair results vary by individual and depend on the accuracy of information reported, responsiveness of bureaus and creditors, and timing. Continued Improvement LLC does not guarantee:

A specific credit score improvement
Deletion of any specific account
Lending approvals, financing, or other financial outcomes

We operate as a facilitator for disputes and education under consumer protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Continued Improvement LLC is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays, inaccuracies, or third-party system failures (e.g., credit bureaus, MyFreeScoreNow)
Actions taken by lenders or credit bureaus based on credit reports

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, graphics, and materials provided through our website or services are the property of Continued Improvement LLC and protected under copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without express written consent.

8. Privacy Policy
